Factory Assessments & Customer Programs
We coordinate factory assessments under amfori BSCI, SMETA (Sedex), FCCA and SCAN. Audit documentation relates to the assessed facility and its stated scope; it is not a certificate covering every product we supply. For Disney projects, the relevant facility and merchandise authorization requirements are reviewed for the specific project.
Materials & Traceability
FSC-certified sourcing options can be explored for suitable paper and wood-based products. We also support EUDR-related traceability documentation where applicable. FSC certification and EUDR due diligence are separate requirements, and available documentation is confirmed for the selected materials and order.
Product Testing Support
Testing is planned around product classification, materials, intended use, user age group and destination-market requirements. Depending on the product, applicable requirements may include EN 71, ASTM F963, ASTM D4236, CPSIA, REACH, BS 7272, LFGB, RoHS, food-contact requirements, formaldehyde, TPCH packaging requirements, PFAS and other relevant requirements. No single test or report covers every stationery category. Where required, relevant testing or inspection may be coordinated with third-party organizations including BV, SGS, Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, Eurofins and QIMA.
Quality from Sample to Shipment
We agree the product specification and approval sample, then coordinate material checks, production quality reviews, packaging and labeling checks, corrective action and reinspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Inspection scope, acceptance criteria and any third-party testing or inspection are agreed for the order.
